个人简介:

杨远俊,教授,博士生导师。主要从事二维磁性、多铁性以及低维自旋电子器件物理研究,探索自旋、轨道、晶格、电荷多重序竞争下的低维磁性材料随原位多物理场的演化规律与调控机制。曾或正在主持基金委面上项目、青年、博士后面上和特别资助、安徽省自然科学基金等项目,作为研究骨干参与了基金委重点项目以及科技部重点研发计划等。在Nano Lett.Phys. Lett.Phys. Rev. BPhys. Rev. Lett.等国际期刊上发表研究论文60余篇;在国际/国内学术会议上做报告20余场次;授权中国发明专利5项;担任Nature CommunicationAppl. Phys. Lett.J. Appl. Phys.ACS Appl. Mater. InterfacesMater. Res. Lett.Acta materialia等期刊审稿人。指导的研究生在高等院校任教以及长鑫存储、晶合半导体等大型企业就职。
